"No one will make you" - limited edition print
This poem was originally shared in the SMMP issue A quick hello and a poem in August 2023. It appears here as a limited edition print. (My incredibly thoughtful partner had it formatted and printed in a limited run as a surprise. Oscar Wilde said that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but I think that it's having a loved one pirate your work, make it super pretty, and then give it back to you.) These were locally printed in the Chicagoland area and then hand numbered and initialed by me. The background photo is by Romain Virtuel (via Unsplash) and originally appeared in the SMMP issue Desire paths.
